Terms and Conditions

    1. Upon receipt of any model cleaner purchased from our company, customers may return it to  for a full refund under the following terms and conditions:
    2. You must send us an email within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your Pool Buster, advising us you want to return it under our Satisfaction Guarantee program;
    3. You will shortly receive a simple-to-fill out form which all you need to do is fill out and return by fax or mail;
   4. We will promptly confirm that you have contacted us with fourteen (14) days of receipt, and upon verification that you have complied with these simple and fair qualifications, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number;
     5. We expect normal wear and tear for two weeks of use, but the unit must not be abused or damaged in any other way;
    6. Customer must pack the unit in its original carton, and include all parts, packing material, documents and warranty card. Be careful not to damage the box or packing materials, because we can only can returns in their original box, with all packing materials intact. (We strongly recommend that if the box has any major damage when you first received it, you notify us by email within 24 hours and detail the damages).
    7. Customer is fully responsible for all return shipping charges, and unit must be received at the manufacturer, Water Tech, 10 Alvin Ct, Suite 111, East Brunswick N.J. 08815 within 21 days of your receipt.
    8. Unit, all parts, packing material and original shipping box must be in original, undamaged condition;
    9. Credit card purchases only;
   10. All units will be inspected for compliance with the above rules at the factory.  Upon confirmation of such compliance, customer's credit card charges, exclusive of original shipping costs will be credit back to customer.
11. Because this Exclusive Guarantee is so liberal, these terms shall be strictly enforced. Any variance may void guarantee at the option of  The PoolDr.
